He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert "Junior" Nelson and Parthenia Kathleen Nelson; and his brother Michael Roy Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Renita Marlene Dorman; his daughters, Christina McCorkle (Jamie) of Mt. Carmel and Teresa McFarland (Josh) of Allendale; his grandchildren, Elliot, Sarah McCorkle, Paige, Sally and Ian McFarland; his sisters, Carole Krajec (Andy), Norma Keener and Karleen Lambert (Terry); and his sister-in-law Mona Nelson.
