He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kuykendall and Cecil Kuykendall (McKay); his daughter Judith Kay "Judy" Kuykendall; and his brother Gene Kuykendall. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mason; his son Rick (Jan); his grandson Nicholas (Abby); and his sister Muriel Perkins-Daniels. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ingram-Meridith Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Albion, IL 62806). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Graceland Cemetery.
