He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Leveque-Campbell and Edna Leveque-Campbell (Gines). He is survived by : his wife Kris; his sons, Tyler Leveque and Adam Leveque (Kiera); his siblings, Cheryl Leveque, Bill Leveque (Debbie) and Steve Leveque; his grandchildren, Pasiley Leveque and James Leveque; and his stepfather Melvin Campbell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
