He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Elwood and Ruth Marie Arnold (Sidwell); his daughter Michelle Arnold; and his sister Darlene Walters. He is survived by : his close friend Carolyn Allen; his sons, Scott Arnold (Debbie) and Dennis Arnold (Honey); his stepdaughter Melissa Mentzer (Matt) of Benton, KY; and his brothers, David and Dallas Arnold. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
