He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neil and Marilyn Buzzard (Goldsborough); his brother John Edward; his parents-in-law, Bill and Marie Noling; and his sister-in-law Janice Crone.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Noling of Brownstown; his son Lance Buzzard (Krystn) of Brownstown; his sister Mary Ann Doehring of Brownstown; and his nieces and nephews, Kirk Doehring (Cindy), Brent Doehring (Jill), Shelley McDowell (Jeff), Kathy Moran (Andy) and David Crone.
