She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wilson and Margaret Wilson; her former husband Jim Phillips; and her parents-in-law, Ida Hanneken and Benjamin Hanneken.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Hanneken; her children, Angela Schemm, Candy Allen (Sam Bennett), John Phillips (Lindsey) and Missy Phillips; her grandchildren, Carolina Schemm, Chase (Crysten), Payton, Macy Allen, Anna and Aidan Phillips; her great grandchild Kaden Allen; her sister Nancy May (Mal); and her nieces, Carrie Martin (Jay), Casey Conger (Howie) and Caryn Shelton-May (Natalie).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schaaf Funeral Home (145 Community Ave, Brussels, IL 62013). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (115 Main St, Brussels, IL 62013).
