She was predeceased by: her parents, William Janssen and Esther Ecker Janssen; her husband Ervin F. Niemann of John's Lutheran Church; and her siblings, Ronald Janssen and Lois Krumwiede.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Farwig (Karl) of Findlay and Wendy Doebel (Jim) of Urbana; her grandsons, Brent Farwig (Rachel), Phil Farwig (Alyssa) and Nick Farwig; her great grandchild Nora Farwig; and her sisters, Lillian Cluver of Cissna Park, Carolyn Teske of Cissna Park and Fern Stasiak of Tinley Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Buckley, Transitions Hospice or an organization of the donor's choice.
