Ruth Ann Hartke Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Ann Hartke of Buckley, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris Steiner and Erna Louise Steiner (Schumacher); and her siblings, Elaine Reiners (Walter), Paul Steiner (Donna), Norman Steiner (Joy) and Delbert Steiner.
She is survived by: her husband Keith A. Hartke of John's Lutheran Church; her children, Beth Faircloth (David) of Oak Park, Illinois and Kevin Hartke (Samantha) of Sugar Land, Texas; her grandchildren, Zoey Hartke, Keenan Hartke and Kent Hartke; and her sister-in-law Carmeen Steiner of Clifton, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (206 E Main St, Buckley, IL 60918).
Memorials may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
