Virgil L. Niemann Obituary
We announce the death of Virgil L. Niemann of Buckley, Illinois, who passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 90. Virgil will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Niemann and LaVerne Schuldt Niemann; and his sister Frances Niemann. He is survived by: his wife Norma Livingston of John's Lutheran Church; his daughters, Robyn Niemann of Desloge and Kerri Blicharz (Scott) of Washington; his grandchildren, Emily Hengst (Kendall) of Davenport, Allison Blicharz of Peoria and Christopher Blicharz of Chicago; and his siblings, Everett Niemann (Ann) of Corunna and Sharon Baier (Rick) of Cissna Park.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church and School or Buckley Fire Department EMT's.
