He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery "Bill" Bolin and Donna Bolin (Hurst); his grandson Kaedyn Bolin; and his sister Debra. He is survived by: his wife Denise Marquis (Moore) of Buda; his children, Matthew Bolin (Shannon) of Hortonville, WI, Nikki Khant (Raj) of Madison, WI, Dustin Marquis (Greg Stemm) of Peoria and Jason Marquis (Stephanie) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Atlas Khant, Elijah Khant, Lila Khant, Amelia Khant, Madyson Bolin, Ryan Bolin, Dylan Boozer, Marina Boozer, Marissa Marquis, Calvin Marquis and Tessa Marquis; and his brothers, Ken Bolin (Peggy) of Manlius, Ray Bolin (Linette) of Manlius and Keith Bolin (Barb) of Manlius. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
