It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Balogh of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, who passed away on December 6, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen; his brothers, John Balogh (late Irene), Alexander Balog (Ana), Istvan Balogh (Erzsebet) and Zoltan Balogh (Piroska); and his siblings' children, Elizabeth, Beata, Sandor, Annamaria, Attila, Agnes, Zsolt, Steven and Thomas. He was also cherished by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Zilah. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kolssak Funeral Home (189 S Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090).
