We announce the death of Raquel M. Reyes (Buffalo Grove, Illinois), who passed away on August 23, 2026, at the age of 86. Raquel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julio Lopez and Rosa Falconi; and her sisters, Hilda and Olga. She is survived by: her children, Paulina Hornberger (Jeff), Patrick Ponce and Jaime Reyes (Jenny); her granddaughters, Julia Hornberger, Megan Hornberger and Sabrina Reyes; and her sibling Lupe.
