With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Kutok (Buffalo Grove, Illinois), who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse J. L. Garfield-Kutok; his children, Lisa Hogan and Stephen Kutok (Edyta Borowka-Kutok); his grandchildren, Katie Marie Monda (James) and Nicholas; and his brother Warren Kutok (Judy).
