He is survived by: his wife Leta Parker; his children, Shelly, Scott (Dawn), Kevin (Christy) and Rebecca (Rick Gillis); his stepchildren, Rebecca (Ed VanderJagt) and Chris (Martin); his grandchildren, Melanie, Kelly, Samantha, Calvin, Abigail, Shane and Shannon; his stepgrandsons, Brady and Darius; his great grandchild Braylee; and his brother Roger (Carol).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
