With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara Carrington of Burbank, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her grandchild Ashley; and her parents, Francis Wareyko and Margaret Wareyko. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert J. Carrington; her children, David Carrington (Kimberly), Joseph Carrington (Debbie), Sherri Carrington and Amy Sparacino (Rob); her grandchildren, Daniel, Heather (John), Stephanie (Jon), Melissa (Marco), Jason, Ryan and Scarlett; her great grandchildren, John, Kaylee, Ashley, Joey, Vinny, Ricky, Elise, Alaina, Alex and Adrian; her siblings, Frank Wareyko (Bernadette) and MaryAnn Valeo (Mike); and her goddaughter Candice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawn Funeral Home - Burbank (7909 State Rd, Burbank, IL 60459). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
