She is survived by: her children, Jerry Jr. (Hope), Bill (Gina) and Katie (Donnie); her brothers, John Filipiak (Ann) and Tony Filipiak (Carol); her grandchildren, Christopher (Melissa), Jason, Nicole, Samantha, Billy, Rachel, Jordan and Casie; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Grace and Benjamin. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relative & friends.
