He is survived by: his parents, David, Sr. Ahlquist and Diane Ahlquist (Walsh) of Goose Lake; his daughters, Ashley of Chicago and Abigail Ahlquist of Chicago; his brothers, James Ahlquist of Coal City and Brian Ahlquist (Kalena) of Denver, Colorado; and his nieces and nephews, Chase, Mila and Liam Ahlquist.
