She was predeceased by: her husband William Lewis; her parents, Michael Knapp and Frances Knapp; and her sibling Thomas Knapp. She is survived by: her sons, William Jr. Lewis (Deanna), John Lewis (Tammy) and Kevin Regan; her grandchildren, Brett, Sean (Julie), Autumn, Jamie and Makayla; her goddaughter Michelle Pace; and her friend Charlette Dudzik.
