He is survived by: his children, David Chada (Susan), Susan Sawyer (Charles), Margaret Fontana (William), Jennifer Chada (Michael Torti), Thomas Chada (Liz), Kenneth Chada (Elizabeth Benacka), William Chada (Shirley) and Robert Chada (Keith May); and his uncle Mick.
