He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his daughter Melissa; his mother Katherine Smuda; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his son Eric (Nina); his grandchildren, Alayna and Caleb; and his aunt Irene Lesko.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawn Funeral Home - Burbank (7909 State Rd, Burbank, IL 60459). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Lawn Funeral Home (7909 State Rd, Burbank, IL 60459). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Fabian Church (8300 Thomas Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
