He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Odell and Mary Ruth Luper (Bagley); and his brothers, Kenny Luper and Jerry Luper. He is survived by: his brother Ralph Luper (Cecilia) of Table Grove, Illinois; his nieces, Connie Boone (Artie) of Wataga, Kathy West of Wataga, Susan Pudik (Todd) of Lewistown, Abby Walker (Jeremy) of Jacksonville and Sadie Van Dyke (Jacob) of Table Grove; and his nephew Jeff Luper of Avon. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and friends.
