She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolina Jane Brown Goddard and John Goddard. She is survived by: her husband Jim Cook; and her siblings, John Goddard (Jackie), Delbert Goddard (Marilyn), Emily Smith (Rick), Maxine Bemont and Rosalie Sikes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
