He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Howell and Betty Howell (Liniger); his son Justin Howell; his father-in-law Edward Agans; and his brothers-in-law, Steven Agans and Ron Gutting.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jo Agans of Bushnell; his daughter Becca Howell of Bushnell; his grandchildren, Braden Lewis, Kallie English and Parker Howell; his siblings, Barb Smith (Ron) of Bushnell, Dixie Gutting of Canton, Michael Howell (Peggy) of Bushnell, Roger Howell of Bushnell and Charles Howell (Tracie) of Colchester; his mother-in-law Betty Agans of Bushnell; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Agans of Bushnell, Charles Agans of Idaho, Susan Havens (Dave) of Prairie City and Lisa Bulington of Macomb.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bushnell VFW Post 1422.
