With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jim Lee of Butler, Illinois, whose life came to an end on June 8, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley'Pop' Lee and Anna Lee (Poling). He is survived by: his pet Sonny; his wife Jan Lee of Butler, Illinois; his daughters, Judy Vollmar (Gordon) of Walshville and Julie Wollerman (Lynn) of Bingham, Illinois; his grandchildren, Austin Wollerman (Katie) of Bingham, Haley McGinnis (Jordan) of Mason, Nicholas Wollerman (Sarah) of Omaha and Kanon Wollerman of Bingham, Illinois; and his brother John Lee (Shirley) of Rockville, Indiana. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home (624 S Main St, Hillsboro, IL 62049).
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorials be made in Jim's honor to: Hillsboro Free Methodist Church, 1400 Seymour Avenue, Hillsboro, Illinois, 62049 and/or Wares Grove Cemetery, c/o Adam Anderson, 14219 IL Rte. 127, Butler, Illinois, 62015.
