He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Bess and Diana Bess (Pulliam); his brothers, Jeffery Bess and Joseph Bess; and his grandson Kayden Bess.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Bess (Lisa) of Ridgway, Randy Bess of Morrisonville and Alicia Wolff of Litchfield; his siblings, Rodney Bess (Diana Lowder) of Litchfield and Lori Owens of Raymond; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fixsal, Grace Fixsal, Raynie Bess, Dave Skinner and Kiera Skinner; and his great grandchild Ivory Fixsal.
