She was predeceased by: her parents, Rupert Cleveland and Elinore Cleveland (Hendee); her husband Robert Kufalk; her siblings-in-law, Verna and Donald Holem; and her parents-in-law, Roy and Ida Kufalk.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale (Deb), Rob (Mona), Brad (Maureen) and Doug (Michele); her grandchildren, Stephanie Wennmacher (Jeremiah), Ryan Kufalk (Alicia), Kaci Casey (Brian), Kari Ewald (Nick), Tyler Kufalk (Corrina), Kyle Kufalk (Brianna), Chelsea Hagger (Nate), Katie Kufalk, Nick Kufalk and Hannah Kufalk (Sam Goethel); and her sister Carol Parker (Rex). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
