She is survived by: her sisters, Faith J. Long and Patsy I. Dach; her nieces and nephews, Chris Dach (Jaime), Adam Dach (Aimee), Tammy Byington, Nathan Long and Anna Friedrich (Paul); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Blades, Amber Ross (Jake), Megan Freethy (Bob), Mariah Dach (Tyler), Kyle Dach (Grace), Autumn Dach (Brandon), Rylan Long, Taylor Mundt (Dayshon), Brynn Mundt (Alex), Callen Friedrich, Paige Byington (Carson) and Brittney Byington (Luis).
A memorial fund is established in Holly's name and may be directed to her family.
