She was predeceased by: her parents, Miley Gilroy and Mary Gilroy (Suter); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Hitchcock; her siblings, Kimberly Alderks, Harlene Alderks, Lavonna "Pete" Crossen and Jesse Gilroy; and her siblings-in-law, Awanda Gilroy, Sylvia Gilroy and Bob Crossen.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Hitchcock-Mast (Dereck Mast) of Phoenix, AZ, Jonette Steffa (Brian) of Oregon, IL and Jim Hitchcock of Hillsdale, IL; her stepdaughters, Julie White (Jason) of Mt. Morris, IL, Joyce Weems (Scott) of Clearbrook, MN and Teresa Baylor of Oregon, IL.; and her siblings, Judy Castle (Russel) of Dixon, IL, Mike Gilroy (Carol Farwell) of Dixon, IL, Kevin Alderks (Dione) of Freeport, IL, Dawn Fitzgerald (David) of Polo, IL and Jim Gilroy of Columbus, IN..
