She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sutter and Dolores Sutter (Samp); her husband Allen J. Chernick; and her brother Mike Sutter. She is survived by: her sons, John Chernick (Ericka) of Plano, IL and Bill Chernick (Maggie) of Byron, IL; her brother Bill Sutter of Channahon, IL; her grandchildren, Lauren Chernick (Ryan Ottens), Drew Chernick, Bethany Chernick, Michael Chernick (Hannah), Robert Delarosa and Luke Chernick (Mya Hildreth); and her great grandchildren, Archer and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Mary Catholic Church (220 E 2nd St, Byron, IL 61010). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
