She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Osterman and Ruby Farrell Osterman; her husband Gerald D. McDonald; and her brothers, Lex, George and Paul Osterman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly (Carl Smicker) and Sharon Shelby of Cabery; and her grandchildren, Shawn Shelby, Amy Corrigan, Kenna Panger (Jordan), Brittany Smicker and Mathew Smicker. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
