He is survived by: his children, Roxanna Haynes (William) of Millstadt, IL., Steven O'Guinn (Tila) of Cahokia, IL. and David O'Guinn of Millstadt, IL.; his grandchildren, Ronald Hall (Shannon), Chastity Brown (Bobby), Steven O'Guinn, Thomas O'Guinn (Amanda) and Justin O'Guinn (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Trenton and Kinady; and his great great grandchildren, Amira, Zaiyn and Isadora.
