He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Herbert Pendegraft and Pauline Pendegraft; his wife Hellena Pendegraft; and his brothers, Daniel and Ronald Pendegraft.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Brickeen (Douglas, Sr.) of Cahokia Heights, IL; his sisters, Ruth Burlage of St. Clair, MO, Juanita Bardot of St. Clair, MO and Marie Barton of St. Clair, MO; his grandchildren, Shevelle Pendegraft (Christopher Moore) of Belleville, IL, Douglas Brickeen, Jr. (Hannah Brickeen) of Cahokia Heights, IL, Steven McAntire (Jae) of Cahokia Heights, IL, Jeremy McAntire (Heather Chester) of Cahokia Heights, IL and Cameron McDonald of Cahokia Heights, IL; his great grandchildren, Casandra, Dacian, Atheena, Zayla, Oslynn, Marylynn, Sophia, Gage, Hunter and Evander; and his sister-in-law Bertha McAlpin. He is also survived by other brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
