She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Stephenson and Frances Stephenson; and her brother Graham Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Tom" Smith; her stepchildren, Kim Kuni (Christopher) of Dupo, IL, Rhiannon Williams of Sparta, IL and James LaChance of Cahokia, IL; her sister Judy Cordey-Hayes (Martin) of England; her brother-in-law Randy Smith (Suzanne Scherrer); her godchildren, Gemma and Jake Fisher; and her pet Jack. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
