It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Collins Jr. of Cahokia, Illinois, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Collins and Ora Collins; and his siblings, Clyde, Glenn, Jack, Roger, Ronald, Jane Francis and Beula Pappas.
He is survived by : his wife Linda Collins; his children, Robert Collins (Denise) of Cahokia, IL and Linda Lay (James) of Zephyrhills, FL; his siblings, James, Charles Collins, Carol Kreamalmeyer, Doris Niner, Janice Steveson and Joyce Harman; and his grandchildren, Sarah (David), Devin, Lorianna Jewel and Katherine Renee. He is also survived by six great grand children.
