She is survived by : her daughter Breanna Phillips; her son-in-law Philepae Phillips Sr. of San Antonio, TX; her mother Sharon Owens of Cahokia Heights, IL; her siblings, Carlinda Andrews of San Antonio, TX., Terry Scott of O'Fallon, IL, Harold Scott Jr. of Omaha, NE and Marcus Scott of Zion, IL; and her grandchildren, Philipae Jr., Prince and Zamora. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
