It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ray of Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Sam; and his nephew J. P.. He is survived by : his sister Alberta; his nieces, Minister Tasha Blake (Paris) and Tysie Howard; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ukari Posey, Nyasha Howard, Paris Blake, Deionte Posey and Trent Posey; and his friend Matthews. He is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
