He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Sheryl Elaine Carney (Morrison); his grandparents, Viola and Charles Hood; and his aunts and uncles, Phyllis and Jerry Kepner.
He is survived by: his brother Stephen D. Carney.
