She is survived by: her daughter Denise Mattix; her grandchildren, Kurt (Candice), Keith (Heather), Ami (Casey), James (late Lawana), Tracy (Jeff), Hollie, Kelley and Melanie (Michael); her great grandchildren, Riley, Hudson, Colton, Mia, Raegan, Carly, Jimmy, Jake, Zach, Corey, Ashley, Christian and Carmen; her great great grandchild Addison; and her daughter Donna Wiarda (late Wayne).
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Pruzin Funeral Home (14 Kennedy Ave, Schererville, IN 46375). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
