David Lynn Welch Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Lynn Welch of Cambria, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Welch and Beulah E. Welch (Whitecotton); and his children, Christy RaNell Welch and Timothy Alan Welch. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Welch of Cambria; his sons, Michael Welch (Amber) and Chad Welch (Sarah); his grandchildren, Kaila Welch, Brady Welch and Hailey Welch; his sister Renae Hunsaker (Glenn "Butch"); his brother-in-law Jim Stocks (Carol); and his close friends, Jim Marnie (Susan), Randy Palmowski (Laura) and Debbie Tanner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
