With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Nelson (Cambridge, Illinois), born in Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Nelson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter O. Nelson and Hazel G. Schumaker Nelson; and his brother Glenn Nelson. He is survived by : his wife Virginia Vincent; his daughter Gina Goodwin (Rich); his grandson Blake Banovitz (Jessica) of Lincoln Park, IL.; his stepgrandson Max Huang of Bettendorf, IA; his great grandchildren, Kaia and Tait Banovitz; and his brothers, Stanley Nelson (Sylvia) of Harlingen, TX and John Nelson (Sarah). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Richard Nelson Memorial Fund.
