She is survived by: her sons, James Swank (Tina) of Galva and Nathan Hulslander of Ina, IL; and her siblings, David Leverette of Bishop Hill, Kevin Leverette of Woodhull and Wilma Leverette of Cambridge. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
