He was predeceased by: his stepmother Mary Dortch Pruett; and his sister Regan Ramp. He is survived by: his wife Amy Ennis; his parents, David E. Pruett of Cameron and Laura McGillivray (Kempster); his stepfather Michael McGillivray of Florida; his stepdaughters, Alison DePauw of Galesburg and Sydney DePauw of St. Louis, Missouri; and his brother-in-law Brad Ramp of Florida.
