He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Mowen; and his sister-in-law Julie Myers. He is survived by: his mother Connie Mae Disselhorst Mowen of Quincy; his siblings, Kathy Jo Mowen of Fowler, IL, Dean Mowen (Sylvia) of Quincy and Karen Sue Voss of Palmyra, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Wright, Carrie Stratman, Mitchell Mowen, Sierra Voss and Kanon Voss. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
