It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Wartick (Camp Point, Illinois), who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Esther Wartick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Gray and Viola Trone Gray; her husband Joseph Wartick; her son Kent Wartick; and her siblings, Victor Gray and Mildred Schone.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Ruth Wartick; her granddaughter Becky Joy Weber; her great grandchildren, Isaac, Violet, Iris, Rose and Lavender; her grandson Joseph "J. W." Wartick (Pastor Elizabeth); and her great grandchildren, Luke and Junia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Vermont Street United Methodist Church, Camp Point United Methodist Church, or the Preachers' Aid Society of the Illinois Great Rivers Conference.
