He is survived by: his wife Janet Rhea; his children, Jennifer Rexroat (Casey) of Monmouth, IL and Ryan O'Leary (Cassie) of Bellevue, NE.; his grandchildren, Delaney, McKinley, Rogan Rexroat, Madison and Carter O'Leary; his brother Jim O'Leary (Terry) of Chicago; and his brothers-in-law, Vic Rhea (Judy), Bob Rhea (Debbie) and Mark Rhea (Esther).
Donations to honor Gene may be made to the Camp Point United Methodist Church or to a charity of one's choice.
