She was predeceased by: her parents, James Budde and Marie Budde (Broeker). She is survived by: her husband Junior Utterback; and her children, Julie Marlatt (Darius) of Peoria, IL, Jim Utterback of Camp Point and Adam Utterback (Nicole) of Manning, SC.. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home (823 Broadway St, Quincy, IL 62301). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Franks Cemetery (1922 N 550th Ave, Plainville, IL 62365).
