With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Della Mae Rieckenberg of Campbell Hill, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2026 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold, Sr. Ehlers and Elsie Vogt Ehlers; her husband LeRoy G. Rieckenberg; her daughter Diann Pierce; her grandchildren, Courtney Dawn Rieckenberg and Jeremy Pierce; and her siblings, Arnold, Jr., Omer Dean Ehlers and Mildred Nowak.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Toler (Steve) of DuQuoin, IL, Randy Rieckenberg of Campbell Hill and Julie Schutte (Scott) of Campbell Hill; and her grandchildren, Kristie Kuhnert, Lori Eaton (Rob), Stephanie Zipprich (Matt), Josh Pierce (Anne), Jessica Chancey (Bill), Corey Rieckenberg, Cody Rieckenberg (Shannon), Cole Rieckenberg (Hannah), Caleb Rieckenberg (Alexa) and Nicholas Schutte. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
The preferred form of remembrance are memorials to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
