He is survived by: his son Andrew Ray Empey Jr. (Danielle) of Morton, IL; his grandchildren, Keaton Empey, Bryant Empey, Abigail Empey of Morton, IL, Tyler and Zachary Empey of Pekin, IL; his daughter-in-law Jennie Althiser; his children, Derek Watts, Paul Lowrance and Sondra Ball; his grandchildren, Gabby, Bryson, Matthew and Leeanna Lowrance; his brother Richard Wheeler; and his sister-in-law Joan Empey.
