She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Alice Louise Duchardt (Kelly); her husband Joseph Richard Dworak; her siblings, John Kelly Duchardt Sr. and Dolores Agnes Dusch; her nephew John Kelly Duchardt Jr.; and her great-nephew John David Duchardt.
She is survived by: her nephews, Charles Eugene Duchardt and David Duchardt; her great-nephew Doug Duchardt; and her great-nieces, Stacy Rogagna, Gretchen Petrunich, Megan Donnelli and Heather Duchardt. She is also survived by many great-great nephews, and nieces.
