He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Palmer and Dora Palmer (Carlson); his brother Gary; and his significant other Sandra Williams. He is survived by: his cousins, Sue Gilbert (Don) of East Peoria, IL and Marilyn Rosenberg (Jack) of Moline, IL..
